By the time you see a stain or hear dripping, a burst pipe has often already been running for a while inside the wall.
Our Petros, TN Burst Pipe Water Damage crews start with locating the shutoff valve and confirming water pressure has actually stopped.
Our Petros, TN technicians locate the main or local shutoff valve immediately if it hasn't been closed already.
Pinpointing the break location prevents unnecessary demolition in the wrong section of wall.
Drywall and insulation come out only where moisture readings confirm saturation, not the entire wall.
Our Petros, TN team works alongside your plumber or one we can refer, so the repair and drying stay coordinated.
A burst pipe call has a specific sequence — find the source, stop it, open only what's necessary, and coordinate repair — here's how our Petros, TN crews run it.
Stopping active water flow happens before any cleanup step.
Pressure testing and moisture tracing help pinpoint exactly where the line failed.
Wall cavity extraction addresses moisture a surface-level approach would miss.
Targeted removal limits the repair scope to what's actually necessary.
Drying continues until wall cavity moisture readings hit dry standard.
We coordinate scheduling with a licensed plumber for the pipe repair itself.
We'll walk you through locating the shutoff valve over the phone if needed.
A technician heads to your Petros address with wall-cavity extraction tools loaded.
We diagnose the leak location and provide a written estimate for extraction and drying before removal begins.
The job isn't done until both drying and repair coordination are confirmed.
